1. Purpose
Ictale is an app for tracking epileptic seizures in dogs and cats. By using the app, you accept these terms.
2. A tool, not medical advice
Ictale is a tracking and organisation tool. It does not constitute a diagnosis or veterinary advice and in no way replaces a consultation. In an emergency or if in doubt, contact your vet. You remain solely responsible for decisions about your pet's health.
3. Ictale Premium subscription
Some features (treatments and reminders, additional exams, trends) require a subscription. The subscription is offered through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Payment is charged to your account, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is managed from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Use
You agree to use the app for its intended purpose and not to compromise its operation or security.
5. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of any use contrary to its intended purpose, nor for any loss of data related to your device.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and content are protected. The data you enter remains yours.
7. Governing law
