Ictale — epilepsy tracking for dogs and cats
You can delete your Ictale account and all associated data at any time, without having to contact us. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
From the app (recommended)
- Open the Ictale app.
- Go to Profile → Account & cloud.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
By email
You can also request deletion by writing to contact@ictale.com from the email address associated with your account. We process the request within 30 days at most.
What gets deleted
All data linked to your account is erased from our servers: pet profile, logged seizures, treatments, exams, blood levels, emergency plan and the account email address. This deletion is irreversible and no copy is kept.
Data you had only locally (photos and videos that were not synced) stays on your phone: uninstall the app or delete them manually to remove them.
